Looking at the recorded footage

As we were looking at the recorded footage, we had noticed the lighting had changed quickly, as it became darker throughout the scene. This made our group think how we would plan it in future, to avoid this, and we would need to make it flow well according to the time and lighting.

At the graveyard - the day to record the beginning scene

Today the group had met up together, and started to record the scene. This took too much time and the time went very fast as we were recording. We started around 5.30pm and finished around 6.45pm. The group also noticed that the lighting went darker quick throughout the recording process.
As a group we then finished the recording and decided to edit the footage on the Apple imac next lesson.

Typogrphy- Film Titles

We started to look at other film front covers and researched how the title fonts and background, exploring how the layout has been influenced by the genre, and the different ways it attracts the audience.

From the front cover above, the audience would know that the film is produced for children, due to the bright colour in the background which fit with the animated characters. The title also stands out from the background text which makes it more visible.
